This is my company's website. A complete different feeling altogether once you finish developing your own company's website. Please do visit the website.
Now this is not a website. This is a blog. While developing the blog, I learnt about Wordpress, Joomla and various other CMS softwares. Techie Sparks, is a blog under Tech Barrack Solutions. All my tutorials are compiled with a proper written explanation. I even post about technological innovations which I find extraordinary.
My first website, I developed for a client. This was purely hard coded. Had lot of fun developing this website, simply because it was responsive. Hope to hard code the entire layout from scratch someday.
Another website that I developed. This time on a larger scale. Learnt a lot in the process. Lots of emails were exchanged. Lots of corrections, changes and modifications made. And the final output is ready.
Bolt Sports Shop is a ecommerce website developed to demonstrate how a real world e-commerce website would look like. I am really happy that I developed this website, simply because it enhanced my knowledge.
A hardware project made by accident. Was in need of good headphones. Searched online and found some great on ear headphones but they were too costly. So decided to make my own headphones. I chose wood simply for acoustics. The project was a success but lacked precision. And lacked the real acoustics, I was looking for. In the end bought new headphones. Nonetheless, learnt a lot. At the end the learning matters!
Raspberry Pi is just too good. You can do almost anything with it. Most of the surveillance cameras are priced above $100. And Raspberry Pi provides an economical solution for surveillance.
A mini DIY Oculus Rift which tracks head using 3 Point LED tracking system. Along with this the game has been integrated with head tracking and the head mount has 2 5x zoom lens to create kind of stereoscopic side by side 3D effect.
This robot was based on Arduino programming. It simply follows a particular black line. And arduino board and a chassis is what was needed.
DJ Pulse! Thats what the tech fest of my college was called in 2011. And only thing good about this was they taught you how to make robots. I got a chance to make a wired robot. A chassis, 4 wheels, 4 motors, two dpdt switches and some wires is what it took to make the robot.
This application was made in 2011 during my first semester of Engineering. The application calculates n complex roots of the equation specified.
This application was made by accident. Wanted to make a GUI based application using Java. So the idea was instant and the result was an application which performs NSLookup. This application is special because this was the first application for which I made a proper EXE installer for Windows.
This was my first attempt at AppleScripting. I wrote this script simply because I was excited to make a fake virus which I could use to fool people. And yes it was fun fooling people. Frankly, only complete fools will get fooled.
Another AppleScript based application which allows users to wirelessly quit RPi. I made this application simply because I needed something like this.
Another utility based application which I made to make my life simple. This app quits all the applications running on Mac by just a click of a button.
Windows users can see the rate at which data is being transfered from one location to another. Mac users are only shown time remaining. But with this application Mac users can find the data transfer rate. Did lot of scripting for this app and learnt few neat tricks too.
My first web based application built using Google Chrome Speech API. The application records what you say and converts that into text. All Google supported languages are available. An option for emailing the detected text is also provided. Some minor changes need to be made on what type of error has occured incase any. Otherwise the application is completely functional.
Only logo I designed for someone. The good thing was, the force behind making the logo. I thought the chances of the logo coming out well were bleak. But through some minor modifications, it came out well.
A magazine which I designed for my college's CSI Student Chapter. Also wrote a few articles. CLick on the title to browse the magazine.
A game which was popular on Miniclip was my assignment. It was pretty basic document which I made but enjoyed doing that. Unfortunately I was never able to complete the game at that very moment. Hence few values in the document are missing. My next assignment was to design levels using my imagination.
This book is for all those Mac (Apple) users who want to learn about AppleScript i.e. the scripting language for OS X. This book covers the basics.
